Ingredients

450gr cream cheese
3 egg yolk
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs water
2 tbs gelatin
1 cup whipped cream
1 sachet of instant cappuccino

30 pcs of biscuits (marie)
1/2 cup of butter
3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
Steps
1. Crush the biscuits into fine pieces (or i usually prefer not-so-fine, less crumbly) then add butter n cocoa powder. Mix n press into your cake pan or any container you are using. Let cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. On a double boiler, whisk egg yolk, then add sugar and cappuccino mix. Remove from heat.
3. In another pan, dissolve gelatin in the water until boiling.
4. In another container, whisk cream cheese and whipped cream. Add the egg mix and the dissolved gelatin.
5. Pour mixture onto your cake base which had been cooled in the refrigerator. Let chill overnight. And ready to be eaten!!
